New Student Registration

All levels are NOT just based on age.  We also look at technique and experience.  JNP staff hold the right to place students in classes they think are the best fit.  These age brackets are just a rough age/grade suggestion. 

Pre-Ballet/Tap : Ages 3.5 (by September)-5.5 yrs old: Preschool 
Foundations I: Ballet, tap, jazz combo class. 5-6 yrs old: Kindergarten
Foundations II: Ballet, tap, jazz combo class. 6-7 yrs old: First grade
Foundations III: Ballet, tap, jazz combo class. 7-8 yrs old: Second grade
Level I: 8-10 yrs old: Third Grade & Fourth
Level II 9-11 yrs old: Fourth Grade & Fifth
Level III: 10-13 yrs old: Fifth & Seventh Grade
Level IV: 14 yrs old +: Eighth Grade+


Acro I: 5-7 yrs old. Beginner Level (Foundations I & II)
Acro II: 7-10 yrs old.  Beginner/intermediate Level (Foundations III & Level I)
Acro III: 9-13 yrs old.  Intermediate Level (Level II & Level III)
Acro IV: 14+: Intermediate/advanced Level (Level IV)

 Hip Hop I: 5-8 yrs old. Beginner Level (Foundations I & II & III)
Hip Hop II: 9-12 yrs old.  Beginner/intermediate Level (Level I & Level II)
Hip Hop III: 13+ yrs old.  Intermediate Level (Level III & Level IV)
